Selection Process

We follow a carefully planned- selection process which begins with understanding the clients’ needs and goes all the way to follow ups with both the clients and candidates, post recruitment.

  1. Understanding client organization with regard to existing business activities, organization structure & culture, and future growth plans.
  2. Identification of candidates either from ApexiaNet's existing database or by advertising for the position.
  3. Screening candidates on a one-to-one basis.
  4. Technical skill test
  5. Competency-based interviewing
  6. Technical interview with Senior Axapta / Navision / CRM Consultants
  7. Presenting the short listed candidates.
  8. Conducting reference checks with the candidate’s past employers.
  9. Helping negotiate the offer.
  10. Follow-up with client and candidate subsequent to candidate joining the organization to ensure satisfaction on both sides.
