Selection Process

We follow a carefully planned- selection process which begins with understanding the employers’ unique employment requirements, and   job seekers’ expectations. From initial contact, job application review, we work with you, post recruitment, and hiring: 

  1. Understanding client organization with regard to existing business activities, organization structure & culture, and future growth plans.
  2. Identification of candidates either from ApexiaNet's existing database or by advertising for the position.
  3. Screening candidates on a one-to-one basis.
  4. Applicable technical skill test
  5. Competency-based interviewing
  6. Applicable Technical interview with Consultants if required
  7. Presenting the short listed candidates
  8. Conducting reference checks with the candidate’s past employers.
  9. Helping negotiate the offer.
  10. Follow-up with client and candidate subsequent to candidate joining the organization to ensure satisfaction on both sides.
