Microsoft CRM Consultant

  • Job Profile

    • Our client is looking for a CRM Consultant to handle the following functions:
    - Analyze business requirements, planning for CRM Implementation
    - Install Microsoft CRM , Exchange Router, and Sales For outlook
    - Configure the system in terms of Business Units, Security Roles, Users, Teams, Product Catalog, etc.
    - Customize CRM according to business needs, including the User Interface, sales process, automated workflow rules, and Schema changes.

  • Desired Profile

    • - 2+ years experience implementing and customizing Microsoft Business Solutions – CRM
    - Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, planning, and presentation skills are a plus.
    - Desire for continued personal and professional growth, including support for certification
    - Strong ability to multitask within a fast paced and dynamic workplace

  • Required Skills

    • - Well versed with Microsoft CRM
    - Knowing MBS Axapta and Navision is an asset
    - Windows 2003 / XP
    - SQL server 2000
    - PL/SQL, SQL* Plus
    - XML
