Selection Process
We follow a carefully planned- selection process which begins with understanding the clients’ needs and goes all the way to follow ups with both the clients and candidates, post recruitment.
- Understanding client organization with regard to existing business activities, organization structure & culture, and future growth plans.
- Identification of candidates either from ApexiaNet's existing database or by advertising for the position.
- Screening candidates on a one-to-one basis.
- Technical skill test
- Competency-based interviewing
- Technical interview with Senior Axapta / Navision / CRM Consultants
- Presenting the short listed candidates.
- Conducting reference checks with the candidate’s past employers.
- Helping negotiate the offer.
- Follow-up with client and candidate subsequent to candidate joining the organization to ensure satisfaction on both sides.
